April Update

I’ve started reading and reviewing submissions received for The Other World. As such, any last minute submissions should be sent in over the next couple of days. Submissions for Paris By Gaslight are due by the end of May. Submissions of steampunk and gaslamp fantasy stories set in Paris during the 19th century are what we’re looking for. Poetry submissions need only be steampunk or gaslamp fantasy.

As always, we accept submissions of erotica and experimental fiction and we permit the use of explicit language so long as it fits the story and is used well. Fiction submissions should be at least twenty five hundred words long, preferably closer to five thousand words. Longer submissions will be more favorably looked upon than shorter ones as long as they are shorter than seventeen thousand, five hundred words.

Both The Other World and Paris By Gaslight will be dedicated to the memory of Gary Bourgeois. While quality will be maintained, I’ll be quite lenient on late submissions from friends and associates of Gary.
